“An inventive, stylized take… the chorus adds humor, as well as a modern spin on a story that has been told and retold.”

-Eleanor J. Bader, theasy.com

In this innovative adaptation of the classic Euripides play, the Greek tragedy of Medea is viewed through the modern lens of a true crime podcast, and infused with a hybrid of contemporary & classical speech, expressionist movement, modern dance, and sound.

  • Aegeus, King of Athens

  • Bea, co-host of “Murder Becomes Her”, the podcast discussing Medea & The Corinth Family Murders

  • A member of the contemporary Greek Chorus

  • A high-powered attorney representing Jason in his divorce from Medea
